Living Business Systems (LBS) is seeking well-managed and funded groups for partnerships for the development of (but not exclusive to) specific products, services, business systems, methodologies, software and computing applications of the science.

It is envisaged that the modus operandi of development would be a Joint Venture arrangement set up specifically for this purpose. The JV would have an appointed project manager, selected technical and management team, approved budget and terms of reference set by the participants. LBS would transfer the science to the JV under licence and receive, in return, a reimbursement of costs, consulting fees and royalties from the development. The assignment of developed IP would be determined as appropriate, on a case-by-case basis. Core IP will remain the property of LBS to enable LBS to freely develop the science to meet new demands and better service partners, across a wide variety of industries.
